Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

There have been quite a few birding blogs that have linked to the "mannakin moonwalk" video lately. The lovely Birdchick posted a link. Why, Laura Erickson at BirderBlog even took a brief (but appreciated) break from shilling her new book and whining about comments to post a link to the moonwalk video.

Of course, loyal readers of this site saw the very same "mannakin moonwalk" video back in... wait for it...October 2005:

So if you want to see what will be posted to BINAC later this week, check out those other sites in, say, December.

FYI, your link to BirderBlog goes to Hillary Clinton's senate page.

I first saw this video on this blog a long time ago. I sent this video the day I saw this to Birdchick and to a few others. Like you I was surprised these bloggers acted like thye never seen this video before.

The video at the time was funny. NOT the bird but the freaky woman dancing in the jungle to "Billy Jean". It looked like some weird wicken fairy dance! I was waiting for all her wicken friends to jump out of the bushes and dance with her, like some forest lesbian celebration dance!

Anyway keep up the good work!

I admit it, I'm on a power-mad quest for glory to be just like Birding Is NOT a Crime. It's a sickness, I know. My shrink is working with me on it.
