Yes, by all means build your house/condo/apartments/etc. next to a marsh or build a pond there, then complain about the birds that are attracted to it. Just like all the Midwestern folks who insist on living next to a man-made pond with perfectly mowed grass all around it, then can't figure out why they have Giant Canada Geese shitting all over the place. Morons, all of them.
Looks like they do have a problem down there with an obnoxious noisy interloper. Of course I don't mean the bird.
