Well, this ought to be interesting. I have ditched work, packed my bags, and all that is left for me to do is dodge the throngs of holiday travellers (and a few snowflakes) on my way to the airport. In a few hours, I will be caged up inside a Boeing 777 which will (hopefully) deposit me, after a very long flight, in the land of Jungle Crows, Azure-winged Magpies, and Mandarin Ducks. Wonder if I'll find any turkey to eat tomorrow...
